➤ We had a glorious week at the chalet. A perfect location 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and local amenities with the added bonus of being able to watch the sunset every night from our decking. St Ives is a picturesque train ride away but we found plenty to do on our doorstep. The chalet was spotless and roomy and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend it enough.

➤ We stayed here for a week and it was perfect! We could walk to the beach in just about 5 minutes, and the chalet was fully equipped with a washer and dryer. It was very clean and has a cosy beach theme throughout. Highly recommend!

➤ Cute chalet with lots of space and everything you need! Also very close to the beach and super quiet! Alison is a great host: she is very helpful and quick to respond. Would certainly recommend if you stay in Hayle and want to switch off from the rest of the world.
➤ What a great place, we had a great time! The location is perfect and close to a massive beach. The house is very comfortable and has great Wi-Fi. I highly recommend it.
➤ Pensilva is charming , comfy and cozy😍.... Great location with sea views.😃.. I was sold on the outside decking with tables and chairs but unfortunately it was mostly raining when we were there so we couldnt enjoy it..😒.... but the internet service is good and wifi is available in all the rooms so we were able to occupy ourselves watching films or videos, reading ebooks and generally just chilling during the rainy hours and at night. The chalet itself is tastefully decorated, and is cozy. The beds and sofas are comfy. The kitchen is well appointed, every equipment that you would need to cook and eat a meal is available, ( There is also salt, pepper , cooking oil in the cupboards, as well as teabags and milk and water in the fridge.)... The bath and toilet is very clean.....I couldn’t fault Pensilva in anyway.... The host, Alison, is very nice, helpful and quick to reply. We had a great stay in Pensilva and would highly recommend it to anyone .
➤ We arrived and Alison met us at the Chalet. Thoughtfully, Alison has left us milk in the fridge and some bits and bobs. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed including a washing machine and dryer. The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and close to a shop and a pub. It was our first family holiday with two toddlers and we had the most amazing time because of the house. The weather was a bit up and down so having the comfort of the lovely beach house made our time very special indeed. Thank you Alison!

➤ Host, chalet and location were lovely, very good use made of the space available in a chalet, much better than the static caravans further along the coast. Clean and tidy, good water pressure in the shower and everything else worked well. Seaside decor was just right and in very good condition. Good view of the sunset each evening included some sea on the horizon. Good wifi, 3 mobiles, 2 tablets and an Amazon Fire stick all worked happily together. Beaches and choice of pubs just 10 to 15 minutes walk. Hayle and shops just 5 to 10 minutes drive. Able to park right next to the chalet. Almost always we try somewhere new for each holiday, but this is one for the short list of those we'd happily return to for a couple of weeks holiday.
